1. Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7
days of service completion. We will review the issue and, if valid, offer a
solution including:
- Free rework or re-service to address the issue
- Partial refund where appropriate
- Full refund in qualifying cases
2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Issue Not Resolved: The reported problem was
not fixed after our service.
- Incomplete Service: The technician did not
complete the service as agreed.
- Pre-Service Cancellation: You cancelled the
service before work was initiated.
- Parts Not Delivered: Spare parts paid for
were unavailable and not delivered.
- Overcharging: You were charged more than the

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Cancellation Timeline:
- More than 2 hours before appointment:
Full refund (if prepaid)
- Less than 2 hours before appointment:
May incur a visit charge of ₹100-200
- No-show (without notice): Visit charge
of ₹200 may apply
