If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the issue and, if valid, offer a solution including rework or a refund where appropriate.

• The technician did not complete the service as agreed.
• You cancelled the service before work was initiated.
• Spare parts paid for were unavailable and not delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Damage caused after the service visit by misuse or neglect.
• Customer did not follow post-repair instructions or warnings.
• Service was completed and issue resolved but returns due to new or unrelated issues.
• Any diagnostic or inspection charges are non-refundable.
